This was a new maintenance facility for an existing trucking terminal. The building was a pre-engineered metal building structure with CMU walls. The facility had three drive through bays with lifts for diesel truck maintenance. It also included a full truck wash bay. Full hvac and plumbing included exhaust for the bays, a full air supply system and oil and grease line supplies.
